I'm REALLY getting sick of the rain. One would think it's October rather than May. Hopefully the weather will clear up soon because I'm sure that will help me get better too!
I'm thinking the Alka Seltzer Plus I've been taking at night to help me sleep is doing more harm than good. I think it's been masking the symptoms and not allowing my body to heal itself. I'm going to rely on my Juice Plus+ to help me get better. Tonight, I'll take some Advil, prop up my pillows and try to sleep without the aid of the Alka Seltzer. Tomorrow I'll see how I feel.
I don't have a sore throat but I'm still coughing. My nose isn't clogged so that's a good sign. Hopefully I'll be better soon.
