We finally picked up the car. It cost us 400 Euro! The car repair place replaced water pump and the timing belt. But it was originally diagnosed as a head gasket which would have cost a few more hundred Euro but the original price was over 800 Euro!! We are SO happy to have found a great mechanic...even though we need to have a translator. I speak to him in Italian and he translates to German.
We stopped at the local bakery to have a donut and latte macchiato. It was wonderful!
The rest of the day was spent doing household chores.
